seeking an OTB Relationship Manager on contract-to-hire position which is 100% Remote opportunity with a globally recognized leader in providing premium automotive services and solutions. This is a role requires fluency in Mandarin and English. As an OTB Relationship Manager, you will act as a critical liaison between IT and business partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivering value through efficient system configurations and process improvements.

Responsibilities:
SAP SD configuration in areas such as order entry, pricing, billing, credit management, and rebates.
Managing the intake of business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
Building and maintaining roadmaps, managing backlogs, and coordinating diverse stakeholders across regions, with a focus on Asian markets.
Problem-solving complex technical and business challenges with cross-functional teams.
Documenting processes and high-level technical requirements.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years of total IT experience.
5+ years of hands-on SAP SD configuration experience.
Proven experience as a business relationship manager, supporting cross-functional teams.
Fluency in Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with stakeholders across regions, particularly in Asian markets.
