- 5+yrs exp in data analysis and insight generation;
- In-depth business knowledge(Sales & Marketing) in FMCG industry;
- Proven track record in identifying the right data sources and designing analytics frameworks in the business context;
- Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of translating insights into actionable business plans;
- Hands-on exp in BI visualization tools, e.g. Tableau/Power BI, etc;
- Python and SQL skills will be a plus;
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills
